چکیده
Single-nucleotide polymorphisms are a type of genetic variation that may be utilized to investigate illness vulnerability. Recurrent abortion is linked hereditary thrombophilias, which include various disorders such as the MTHFR thermolabile variation. No link known between these two mutations and risk recurrent spontaneous abortion. It unknown if pregnant women with at losing their baby. Thirty patients were referred this prospective experimental investigation clinical results included repeated abortions. Peripheral blood samples used isolate total genomic DNA. PCR–restriction fragment length polymorphism method Sanger sequencing technique estimate frequency gene in patients. The homozygous heterozygous found 80% 20% among patients, respectively. Two followed sequenced know mutation location. revealed several frameshift seen, includes (insertion, deletion, substations). This study highlighted some evidence might play role relationship Furthermore, we believe anticoagulant medication for individuals during pregnancy result successful pregnancy.

Relationship of folate metabolism related enzymes MTHFR and MTRR gene polymorphisms with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion
The role of methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) C677T, A1298C, methioninesynthase reductase (MTRR) A66G was unclear in repeated spontaneous abortion. To provide experimental basis for etiological diagnosis and treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion, we selected 197 patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion and 116 normal women, extracting the oral mucosal epithelial cells and de...
متن کاملAssociation of Candidate Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms Related to Candidate Genes in Patients With Schizophrenia
Introduction: Schizophrenia is a chronic heterogenic neurodevelopment disorder. Many genes interfere in the development of SCZ. All four genes, NrCAM, PRODH, ANK3, and ANKK1, which were evaluated in this study, were previously reported to be associated with Schizophrenia. The NrCAM contributes to creating cognitive deficiencies through the CAM’s signaling pathway. PRODH plays a vital role in cr...
متن کاملSingle Nucleotide Polymorphisms in a Male Infertility- Related Gene CatSper
Objective To identify single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of human CatSper gene, the mouse homologous gene product, which plays a crucial role in mouse male sterility. Methods We demonstrated a systematic screening of SNPs in coding regions and flanking intronic regions of human CatSper gene in a sample subset from a total 210 male individuals by DNA sequencing. Then we used PCR single-stran...
متن کاملACE and MTHFR gene polymorphisms in unexplained recurrent pregnancy loss.
AIM To assess the association between polymorphisms in angiotensin converting enzyme and methylene tetrahydrofolate reductase genes and recurrent pregnancy loss by a case-control study in South Indian women. METHODS DNA was extracted from peripheral blood leukocytes of 104 women with Recurrent Pregnancy Loss (RPL) and 120 controls. Genotyping of ACE Insertion Deletion and MTHFR C677T polymorp...
متن کاملEffect of Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms in IGF-1R Gene on Growth Rate Traits in Makooei Sheep
Insulin-like growth factor 1 receptor (IGF-1R) is a main receptor of IGFs family which plays a critical role in the postnatal growth and skeletal growth in many species. However, there are few reports of IGF-1R gene structure and its effects on growth traits in sheep. The objectives of this study were detection of IGF-1R polymorphisms and assessment of their associations with ...
